Ingredients:  
1 ham bone

1 peeled rutabaga cut into chunks

1 lb peeled carrot

5 peeled potatoes

1 head cabbage

1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse all vegetables before cooking.
Simmer ham bone & sliced onion for 30 min.
Add carrots and rutabaga, cook for 20 min.
Add potatoes and put cabbage pieces on top.
Simmer until tender 25-30 min.
