1/4 cup olive oil
1 lb fresh brussels sprouts, tripped and halved lengthwise
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 Tbsp water
1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Place sprouts in pan, cut side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until bottoms are browned.
2. Add cranberries and water. Cook, covered, for 5-7 minutes, or until brussels sprouts are tender. Stir in walnuts (or pecans); cook and stir until water is evaporated. Stir in vinegar.
