salsa
2 granny smith apples
1 lemon
1/2# raspberries
1# strawberries
4 Tbs preserves (raspberry)

chips
flour tortillas
cooking spray
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:

CHIPS
preheat oven to 350
combine cinnamon and sugar
spray both sides of tortilla and then sprinkle with sugar mixture stack and cut into 1/4 wedges
bake 8-11 min or until crisp
cool and place in airtight container- will last about 4 days


SALSA
zest the lemon and set aside
finely chop apples and strawberries
squeeze 2 tsp of lemon juice over
mix in preserves and raspberries in gently - berries will break up
allow to sit at room temp for 15 min before serving
