Notes: Whenever Levi and I had the chance we would always go to Olive Garden for lunch and we would always get the same thing, every time. Unlimited soup, salad and bread-sticks. The soup was always the Chicken and Gnocchi. I searched the web and found a recipe on CopyKat.com. Gave it a try and O.M.G....it is just like the soup at Olive Garden. Heaven!! The bad news is...I also tried to copy the Olive Garden bread-sticks....not so good. I'm sure it was just me. However....you can buy the Pillsbury tube of bread-stick dough, brush with some melted butter, sprinkle with a little garlic salt, bake and Boom....tastes great dipped in the soup and Much easier.
