1 1/2 cups flour

3/4 cup soft margarine

3/4 cup chopped nuts finely



Layer I

8-oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar



Layer II

2 small packages instant chocolate pudding

2 1/2 cups milk



Sprinkle finely chopped nuts on top

Directions:
Mix crust ingredients like pastry and press in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Layer I - Beat until light. Then fold in 1 9-oz container Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.

Layer II - Mix until thick. Then spread over layer I.

Layer III - sprinkle finely chopped nuts on top.

Refrigerate
