3 - 4 lb bonesless pork shoulder
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp ground black pepper
1 onion, roughly chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely minced or pressed
1/2 cup dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and pat pork dry. Rub salt and pepper all over. Set pork in slow cooker. Scatter the onion over the pork. Sprinkle in the garlic and add the wine. Cook 5 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

Nice, mild flavoring. Nothing too strong, so you can mix it up and have it plain one day, add bbq sauce the next, add lime etc.
