1 can crescent rolls
1 container Palmetto pimento cheese**

Unroll dough in one piece on floured surface. Make sure all sections are pressed together to make one rectangular slab of dough. Spread with palmetto spread, leaving about 1/2" of dough showing on one long edge. Start rolling opposite edge in until it is one long roll. Close by sealing the 1/2" edge to the roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 400. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Cut 1" slices and place in muffin tins. Bake for 12-15 min. **Palmetto pimento cheese is made with cream cheese added to pimento cheese (see recipe).
