10 red potatoes, medium sized
6-8 eggs, hard boiled
2 c. Miracle Whip
3 tbsp. yellow mustard
¼ c. milk
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook red potatoes (peeled and halved) until done. Cool potatoes and shell the hard boiled eggs. When eggs are cooled cut into bite sized cubes. Set aside.
Mix Miracle Whip, yellow mustard, milk, salt and pepper together.
Pour this mixture over potatoes and eggs and mix well.
If it seems dry just add another spoon or two of Miracle Whip.
Chill well in the refrigerator before serving.
