Ingredients:
12 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in saucepan large enough to place eggs in one layer. Pour in cold water to 1-2 inches above eggs. Bring to a boil uncovered. As soon it starts to boil, wait 1-2 minutes, then cover, remove from heat and start timer for 12-minutes. When timer sounds, drain and fill pan with cold water to stop cooking for 5-minutes or so.

Crack eggs, peel them under water, dry and place in their egg crate and refrigerate until hungry!

Cook’s Hint: Use eggs that have been in fridge for a week or so as fresh eggs are harder to peel. Also, peeling eggs under water helps the process better than doing so on countertops.
