4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 c. celery, cubed
6 carrots, cubed
1 onion, chopped

You may add more vegetables if you wish.
Combine all of the vegetables in the slow cooker (crock pot).
 

Stew Meat


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 lbs. stew meat or steak
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
4-6 c. hot water, depending on how many potatoes used
3-4 beef bouillon cubes, melt by adding to 1 of the above cups of hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut stew meat or steak into cubes.
Brown meat in skillet with grease.
Mix all of the above ingredients together and pour over the vegetables.
Make sure water covers all of the ingredients.
Cover and cook on low in the slow cooker (crock pot) on low for 8-10 hours.

This is such a good meal on a cold day. It will warm your heart and soul. Not to mention make your home smell wonderful!
