4 to 5 hand picked Wisconsin Russet potatoes
4 T butter
1 C grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Melt butter in microwave oven 45 seconds. Peel and slice potatoes. Dip in butter, then dip one side in cheese. Place cheese side up in micro safe baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap, cook on high for 12 minutes in microwave. Be careful when taking wrapping off - very hot! YUMMY
