Jalapeno Popper Dip Recipe

Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 packages of cream cheese softened (8oz each)
1/2 cup mayo or Miracle Whip
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup diced jalapeno slices
2 tbsp. brine (juice) from jarred jalapeno slices
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
5 pieces of crooked, crumbled bacon or can use real bacon bits


If desired, topping: (Good, but not necessary! I don't use it much!)

1 1/2 cup crushed ritz type crackers
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 stick melted butter

I think this dip is best served with Ritz type crackers!!!

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Combine all dip ingredients and mix together
Pour in a 9x13 glass dish (or something similar)
In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients (if using!)
Pour topping over jalapeno mixture
Bake for 20 minutes
Broil for 2-3 minutes until crackers are browned a little
Serve with Pita Chips or Ritz type crackers
