2 ½ LB BONE-IN PORK SHOULDER
1 CAN WHOLE BERRY CRANBERRY SAUCE
¼ C HONEY
¼ C DRIED MINCED ONION

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add pork roast to your slow cooker.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, honey & minced onion. Pour over pork roast.
3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until pork falls off the bone.
4. Remove the bones, shred meat & serve with cranberry sauce mixture.

TO FREEZE:
Combine all ingredients in a gallon-sized plastic freezer bag & freeze for up to three months. Thaw overnight in refrigerator & dump into slow cooker. Cook on low setting for 8 hours or until pork is tender & falls of the bone. Remove bones & serve with cranberry sauce.

Serve with brown rice & roasted green beans.
