Sliced potatoes
Sliced carrots
Sliced celery
Sliced onions
Chili seasoning
2 -15 oz. cans Kidney Beans, undrained
1 lb. ground round
2 cans tomato soup, undiluted
Salt and pepper
Onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º - 375º
Layer the potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions in a 9" x 12" pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and onion powder, as desired.
Add the 2, 15 oz. cans of undrained Kidney Beans. Sprinkle on chili seasoning, to taste.
Spread the ground round over the top. Spread the 2 cans of undiluted tomato soup over the top of the casserole.

Bake at 350-375º for 2 hours, or until bubbly and carrots and potatoes are fork tender. (I cover the casserole with foil for about 1 1/2 hours, then take it off for the remaining 1/2 hour).
