1 lb. ground beef
29 oz. can tomatoes
1 medium bell pepper chopped
15 oz. canned tomato sauce
1 finely diced onion
14 oz. chicken broth
¼ tea. thyme
¼ tea. sage
2 cups cooked rice
Salt and pepoer to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot brown ground beef, drain off fat.

Add onions and cook until tender and translucent but not browned.

Add tomatoes and tomato sauce, peppers, broth, thyme, sage and str.

Cover and simmer until peppers are tender.

Add two cups of cooked rice and stir to heat.
