1 pkg. Hawaiian rolls
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbs. butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs. chopped parsley
1 c shredded mozzarella
½ c shredded parmesan
1 Tbs. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp.. pepper
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 jar marinara sauce

Preheat oven to 350º

Cut a hole into each of the hawaiian rolls large eenough for meatblls to fit on top of each roll. DO NOT SEPARATE THE ROLLS

add minced garlic and parsley to the melted butter

Toast rolls in oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes

Menwhile, make meatballs. Tear the bread removed from the rolls in pieces. Put bread, ground beef, parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper into a large bowl, mix until evenly distributed. Roll 12meatballs.

Heat olive oil in saute pan on medium heat, Brown meatball on all sidesand add a jar of sauce.

Place each meatball and a tablespoon of sauce into bread hole, top witn shredded mozzerella.

Place back in oven until cheese is melty.
