4 large eggs
2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 ½ cups sugar
1 stick unsalted buttered, melted
½ tea cinnamon
1 tea vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 (9 inch) pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º

Beat eggs, vinegar, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until well combined and slightly thickened

Pour batter into pie crust and bake for 25 minutes. Center should be set. Cool before serving
