Peach Pie Recipe

Pie pastry
Peaches, pitted and halved
1 c. and 2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Line pan with pastry. Lay peeled peach halves in, pitted side up. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. sugar and bake at 450º until crust is light brown (5-7 minutes). Mix and beat well the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and nutmeg. Pour mixture over the baked peaches and return to oven. Cook custard at 350º for about 25 minutes.
