Directions:Peanut Butter pretzels
12 pretzels
4 oz. peanut butter
12 oz. white chocolate chips
1. Fill the pretzels with peanut butter and freeze about 30 minutes
2. Melt chocolate
3. 3 Dip the pretzels in the melted chocolate
4. 4 Cool 30 minutes Decorate by swirling caramel ice cream topping if desired!
Samoa truffles
8 oz. coconut flakes
14 oz. caramel
12 oz. dark chocolate chips
1. Melt caramel and mix with coconut
2. Freeze for 30 minutes
3. Form the balls and dip into melted chocolate
4. Freeze for 30 minutes Sprinkle a little caramel on top and put some coconut flakes for decoration
S’more Bites
7 oz. graham crackers
5 oz. marshmallows
12 oz. dark chocolate chips
1. Fill baking cups with graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows
2. Bake for 12 minutes. Decorate with a little cocoa powder and a miniature candy bar
Peanut butter cream cheese balls
8 oz. peanut butter
6 oz. cream cheese
12oz. dark chocolate chips
1. Mix peanut butter and cream cheese and freeze for 20 minutes
2. Form the balls and dip into melted chocolate
3. Cool for 30 minutes, Put a stick like used for cake pops and dip in melted peanut butter if desired
