1 Lb. lean ground beef
½ tea. garlic salt
¼ tea. garlic powder
¼ tea. pepper
2 celery ribs chopped
1 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (28 oz.) chopped tomatoes with juice
1 can (28 oz.) water
4 tea. beef bullion or 4 cubes beef bullion

Cook beef until no longer pink over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat ; cover pot and simmer on low for three hours. Makes 3 quarts
