1 cucumber peeled
1 small onion
8 oz. Cream cheese
salt to taste
mayonnaise as required

Directions:
Directions:
Grind or grate very fine cucumbers and onions separately. Put in cucumber in strainer or cheese cloth and press out juice. Soften cream cheese. Add cucumber, onion and juice from onion in bowl. add salt. Add enough mayonnaise to make a soft spread. Add a couple drops of green food coloring.

Can be used as a dip with crackers or spread on thin crisp bread. Can be used as a tea sandwich on thin sliced bread with crust removed
