Directions: |
Directions:1. Place the chicken into the blender and blend until it resembles chicken mince. 2. Place the onion into the blender too and blend well. 3. Add all the Jamaican seasonings and blend for a third time. 4. Open your blender and make 10 medium sized meatballs. 5. Place them on a baking mat inside your air fryer and cook them for 15 minutes on 180c. 6. When they’re done place them on sticks, then spoon over them some of the sauce that is still around the sides of your blender for the ultimate sticky meatballs taste sensation. 7. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve. |

Notes: I find that because chicken breast can be rather dry that the wet ingredients will bind it altogether perfectly. But if you’re having trouble just add some breadcrumbs to the mix.
This dish is also very good with turkey mince instead of chicken. This just depends on what meat you have available at the time.
I like to place them on sticks and serve them as party food directly from the air fryer. But you could also have them with Caribbean rice as a Jamaican version of rice and meatballs.
