Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Airfryer
450g/16oz Plain Flour
75g/2.6oz Butter
277ml Whole Milk
1Tbsp Olive Oil
1Tbsp Coconut Oil
5.5g Yeast
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare the bread. Rub your butter into your flour until the butter is well mixed in. Warm the milk and oils in a pan until they are luke warm. Add the yeast and the pan mixture into the bowl and mix with your hands until it makes a dough.
2. Knead the bread for 5 minutes. Place a damp tea towel over the bowl with the bread dough in it and find a hot place for it to sit. After an hour repeat the kneading and proving process but for 30 minutes this time.
3. After it has proved make into bread roll shapes.
4. Easy Pull Apart Bread. For it to become pull apart bread rolls, make them into medium sized bread buns but make sure that they are touching each other and don’t have room to breathe. And place the bread rolls directly into the Airfryer. This will give you the pull apart look. Finally cook for 15 minutes at 185c/365f.

If you don’t have somewhere hot to place the bread to prove them your Airfryer is a genius place! Just place the bread in the Airfryer (like you’re about to cook it) and cook for 60c/140f for 15 minutes. If your Airfryer doesn’t go that low then you could use an oven or a similar low temperature appliance.

You can shape them however you wish. This is a great go to bread dough recipe that can be used for bread rolls, bread loaf, easy pull apart bread or even for dumplings.
