5 pounds of potatoes
1 cup of sour cream
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup margarine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and boil potatoes until soft or fork tender.

2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together with an electric mixer into the hot potatoes.

3. Beat until smooth.

4. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch pan and cover.

5. Can be refrigerated for 1-2 days. Can also be frozen.

6. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. If frozen defrost before baking. Can also be heated in a crockpot for a few hours.
