½ c milk
4 T margarine
¼ c sugar
1 pkg yeast
¼ c warm water
2 eggs
3½ c flour

Filling

1 stick butter
1½ c sugar
4 eggs
1½ tea vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Warm mik add margerine, sugar and salt. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add milk to mixture. Beat in the eggs, then beat in the flour. Cover and put in a warm place for 1 to 1½ hours. Turn out on a floured board and cut into 3 equal balls. Roll to fit into 3 foil pans. (the ones with the lids work best). Pinch the edges to form the sides. Place in a warm place for 45 minutes to an hour. Meanwhie prepare your topping.

Butter Filling

Melt the butter in a pan over low heat add sugar and eggs and vanilla

Pour into the shells. Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 mnutes

when cool make a glace of powdered sugar and milk and pour around the edges.

Pie filling in a can may be substituted fr the Butter Filling
