¾ c sugar
½ t salt
1 ¾ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 large eggs
1 can pure pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice in bowl.
2. Beat eggs, stir in pumpkin and sugar/spice mix. Stir in evaporated milk.
3. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce temp to 350 and back 40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Norma was a great farm wife cook and also a cook at the Roanoke-Benson school for many years. When we were first married, she would sometimes bring home left-over spaghetti for me - I loved it!
