1 Large Onion, sliced
1 Navel Orange, peeled and sliced
1 Beef Brisket (2 lbs. or so), cut into 2 inch pieces
½ c. Chili Sauce
¼ c. Apple Cider Vinegar
½ Packet Taco Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place first three ingredients in slow cooker (I like to use the liners for easy clean up). Mix together chili sauce, vinegar and seasoning. Pour over meat mixture in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker, reserving onions, oranges and 1 cup of liquid. Shred meat with 2 forks and place into serving dish. Top with reserved onions, oranges and liquid.
