Creamed Cabbage Recipe

1 med cabbage chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
3 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper
2 cups milk

Prepare cabbage and onion by chopping.
Boil together in salted water until tender.
In saucepan, melt margarine,
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Add 2 cups milk and stir until it starts to thicken.
Pour over cabbage in casserole dish.
Sprinkle with grated cheese ( optional).
Bake uncovered350' for 20 minutes.
