1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. baking powder
⅓ c. oil
⅔ c. milk
1 tsp. anise seed
½ c. raisins (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Add all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix oil & milk together. Add to dry ingredients.
Knead lightly into ball. Put on cookie sheet spread into oval about
½ to 1" thick. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar mix. Bake 425º
25-30 mins.
