3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
2 medium tart apples
1 cup chopped pecans
1½ cups cooking oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Peel, core and chop apples then mix with flour mixture. Make a well in the center; pour in well beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly then add vanilla. Bake in well greased bundt pan for 1 hour or more at 350º
