1½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 c. sugar (I use ¾ cup)
1 c. soft butter
1 slightly beaten egg
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, & sugar.
Cut in 1 cup soft butter.
Add slightly beaten egg, milk & vanilla.

Roll, cut, bake. 400º 5-8 mins.
