Ingredients:  
4 pounds of fresh greens pick and wash (optional 3 pkgs Glory fresh greens in the bag in the Produce section of the store, you only have to wash them)
4 medium ham hocks or 2 cups of cube ham or one turkey leg, cook and debone
Large pan
1 teaspoon of season salt
1 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper
1 medium onion diced (optional)
1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil
Pinch of red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large covered pot and let cook about 2 to 3 hours.
Cook at first on high for 30 minutes and then reduce heat, let cook 1 hour then simmer greens about 30 minutes. You can taste them after they have cook for 1 1/2 hours to see if you have enough season in them.

Greens is one of my favorite dish that my mom cooks. I so love the smell of fresh greens cooking in the kitchen.
