1 lbs ground beef (80% lean or higher)

Directions:
Brown the crumble the ground beef in a skillet.
Add diced up onion and cook until it is soft/clear.
Drain the excess fat/grease out of the beef/onion mixture in the skillet. Add the minced garlic.

Add the cream of mushroom soup and tomato soup and stir thorough until it is smooth and mixed throughout the beef/onion mixture. Add about 1/4 cup of ketchup and stir thru the skillet mixture. Add the 2 cups of uncooked macaroni. Then add 3 cans (use soup cans) of water to this mixture.

Stir it all together, drop the heat to medium and check/stir it occasionally to make sure the noodles don't stick to the bottom of the pan and burn. You might need to add water if the noodles are soaking up all the liquid.
Check that the noodles are soft and not brittle or hard to the bite and it is done.

This is good w/garlic bread.
