3 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1½ tsp. each orange & lemon zest
¾ tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
⅓ heavy cream

CRUST:
1½ c. graham cracker crumbs
½ c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
½ c. butter, melted

Directions:
Stir crust ingredients & press inside pan & partially sides. Bake 10 mins. 300º. Cool
Cream cheese, beat until smooth, stir in sugar until blended. Add flour, rinds, vanilla,
eggs & cream. Beat well. Pour over crust. Place shallow pan of water under foil bottom of pan.
Bake 1 hr. 15 mins. Turn off oven for 1 hrs. while cake is in the oven. Cool & refrigerate.
