6 peaches, peeled and sliced
5 slices white bread, crusts removed
1 1/2 cps. sugar
2 Tbsp. plain flour
1 egg, beaten
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8" square baking pan with cooking spray and place peaches in pan. Cut bread slices into 5 strips each and lightly flatten. Place strips evenly over peaches. Mix sugar, flour, egg and butter together and pour over bread strips. Bake for 30-35 min. until golden brown.
