5 c. Fresh Basil
1 tbsp. Garlic minced
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 c. Pine Nuts
3/4 Olive Oil
1/2 c. Grated Cheese ( Pecorino or Parmesan)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine basil, garlic, salt, cheese, and pine punts in a food processor and puree.

With machine running, add olive oil a little at a time until blending smooth.

Taste and look to see not lumpy.

If needed run longer and add a little more olive oil until absorbed and tasty.
