1/2 c. Milk nonfat
1/2 c. Cold Water
1 c. Flour All-purpose
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt

Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl; lightly beat eggs, milk, and water. Add remaining ingredients: blend with a wire whisk. Pour just enough batter into preheated 5-inch nonstick fry pan to cover the bottom; tilt pan to spread batter. Cook 1 minute, or just until set. Turn. Cook 1-minute longer, or until light browned. Remove set a side on wax paper layers; wrap stack of crepes in aluminum foil.
