4 boxes Jiffy cornbread
1 lb. Bob Evan's sausage (any flavor)
1 small onion ( chopped)
1 c. celery (chopped)
salt & pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cornbread ahead of time. Cook sausage & add onion & celery.
Mix crumbled up cornbread gently with sausage, onion &
celery. Add salt & pepper. Put in 9x13 pan. Drizzle chicken
broth over all of the mixture. Pat butter on top.
Bake uncovered 350º 30 min.
