2 c. chopped Rhubarb
¾ c. Sugar
3 tbsp. Butter, softened
1 tsp. Baking Powder
¼ tsp. Salt
½ c. Milk
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ tsp. Almond Extract
1 c. Flour
1 c. Sugar
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
⅔ c. Boiling Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the bottom of an 8 or 9" square pan or glass baking dish with fruit. Mix ¾ cup sugar, butter, baking powder, salt, extracts, milk and flour together. Pour over fruit. Mix 1 cup of sugar with cornstarch; sprinkle over mixture in pan. Pour boiling water over the top. Bake 375ºF for 45 minutes.
