3 cps. cooked chicken
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's Wild and white rice, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar chopped pimentos
1 chopped onion
2 cans French style green beans, drained
1 cp. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts
salt and pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together and pour into large greased casserole dish. Bake 30 min. This freezes well.
