1 Lg Can of Chicken or a lg Chicken breast Cooked and shredded
4-5 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 bag frozen peas and carrots
1 small onion diced
2 table spoons minced garlic
3 eggs
4 bags boil in bag rice
green onion diced
soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic

In large pot:
Boil the bags of rice until done
In large fry pan:
pour sesame oil on bottom
add onion and frozen peas and carrots - cook until tender
push these aside and on the other side of the pan crack and scramble the eggs.
Once eggs are cooked mix into the peas/carrots/onion
Add chicken and unchunk it
Add garlic
Add cooked rice
Mix together and add in soy sauce to taste usually 1/2 cup
Mix well and garnish with the green onion
