6 cps. chopped lettuce
salt and pepper
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 boiled eggs, chopped
1 can small English peas, drained
1/4 cp. chopped green onions
2 cps. grated Swiss cheese
1 cp. mayonnaise
1 cp. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayo and sour cream together. Layer 3 cps. lettuce in bottom of large salad bowl. Add chopped eggs, salt and pepper and 1 cp. mayo mixture. Add layer of peas, bacon rest of lettuce, cheese and onions. top with rest of mayo dressing. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Toss when ready to serve. This is one of my FAVORITE salads!
