2 Large Cans of Tomato Sauce
1 Large Can of Diced Tomatoes
1 Regular size can of tomato paste
1 large onion diced
2 spoonfuls of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 small beef roast or chunks of roast
salt and pepper to taste
1 large crock pot
1 Tablespoon of butter
1 Box Mostacolli Noodles
2 tablespoons Parsley Chopped-Optional
1 Bay Leaf -Optional
Italian Seasonings
Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In large fry pan add table spoon of butter and sear the small roast on both sides
Place into crock pot and add all of the above ingredients.
Place crock pot on high for 3 to 4 hrs or low for 6 hrs. Times may change depending on crock pot
If Sauce seems to have a bit of grease on the top layer add Parmesan cheese to help soak it up.

Serve over Mostacolli noodles

Do not over cook or sauce will taste burnt- Do not let sides of sauce to be blackened
