1 lb. ground turkey
1 cp. chopped onion
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 cps. low sodium beef broth
2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 carrots, chopped
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can green beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Place turkey, onion, celery and garlic in crockpot and cook on high until meat is done, stirring occasionally. Add broth, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and seasonings. Continue cooking for 3 hours. Add beans and cook another hour.
