½ lb. crushed regular stuffed Oreo cookies
¼ c. melted butter

1 1/2-2 qts. vanilla ice cream

2 cups powdered sugar
1 ½ cups evaporated milk
⅔ c. chocolate chips
½ c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the crushed Oreo cookies and butter together, pat in 9x13 pan. Freeze.

Partially thaw ice cream and spread over the top of cookie crust. Freeze.

Bring to boil evaporated milk, powdered sugar, chocolate chips & butter in sauce pan. Boil 8 minutes, stirring thoroughly and often. Remove from heat, cool to completely. Spread over ice cream, freeze.

Top with cool whip or whipped cream. Add chopped peanuts on top (optional).
