4 whole chicken breasts
8 oz. spaghetti
1 large green bell pepper (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
⅓ cup butter or margarine
1 can of Rotel
8 oz. of Velveeta cheese (cubed)
1 tbsp. Worchestershire

Preheat oven to 350º

Simmer chicken in lightly salted water until tender. Reserve the broth and cook the spaghetti in it. Drain spaghetti and reserve broth again. Skin, debone and cut up chicken. In a separate deep pot, saute peppers, onions, and mushrooms in butter. Add Rotel and cheese. Heat and stir until cheese melts. Add chicken to mixture, then worchestershire and spaghetti. Add 1 cup of the reserved broth. Mix well and pour into 9" x 13" baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
