Preheat Oven to 300

Batter
Cream Together
3/4 cup sugar
Beat In
3 eggs
1 cup milk
Combine and Mix Until Moistened
2 1/4 cup flour
1 Tbls baking powder
1/4 tsp salt


Topping
Combine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
Cut In
1 stick butter to make a crumbly mixture
1/4 cup butter
Directions:
Directions:
Fill greased tins 1/4 full. Top with Tbls of strawberry-rhubarb jam ( or cut up strawberries). Finish filling with remaining batter. Sprinkle even amt of topping mixture over each muffin. Bake 18-20 mins.
