Preheat oven to 400

Cream together
1 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Sift Together and Stir Until Moistened
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups baking cocoa
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Fold In
2 1/2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup chocolate chips

Fill greased muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake about 15 min. Makes 24 Muffins.
