1 Pkg Active Dry Yeast
1 Egg Well Beaten
2 Tsp Salt
2 C Warm water
6 Tbl Sugar
3 Tbl Shortening
6 1/2 C Bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and place in a well-greased bowl and let stand for 2 hours or until doubled in size. When the time is up punch down the dough and then place in the refrigerator, or you can separate it out into loaf pans or rolls and let rise 2 more hours. Bake in a 400º oven for 15-20 minutes, then lower oven temperature to 350º and cook for an additional 30 minutes. Remove from oven and out of pans to cool.
