½ cup each minced onion and green pepper
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp. butter
2 can (16 oz.) tomatoes cut up
4 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
6 tsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. each sugar and salt
1 tsp. basil
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. hot red pepper sauce
1 lb. sole or flounder

In a large skillet saute onion, green pepper and garlic in butter 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except fillets. Bring to a boil. Add fillet and simmer uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
